Check-in from 3pm to 8pm. Please give us a call at least an hour before your arrival to open and hand over the house to you!
The house can be occupied until 8 p.m. In case of check-in after 8 pm, we will charge a fee of 2,000. If you arrive after 8pm, please be sure to let us know the days before your arrival by phone or email.
Check out by 10:00 in the morning.
Depending on the capacity, it is possible to change the check-in and check-out time by a maximum of +/- 2 hours, for a fee of HUF 4,000.
Payment terms:
Please pay 30% of the accommodation fee by bank transfer within 1 working day of booking as an advance payment (indicating name, arrival date).
The reservation will only be completed with the payment of the deposit, without which it is not guaranteed.
The guest will be charged 30% of the accommodation fee in advance after booking. This amount is non-refundable if the guest cancels their reservation more than 14 days after booking and before arrival. If the guest cancels the reservation within 14 days, 100% of the total accommodation fee will not be refunded.
Reservation:
The full amount of the stay must be paid on arrival, in cash upon handing over the key. We ask you to pay a deposit of HUF 30,000, which will be returned within 3 working days after the inspection of the house, if no damage has occurred. In the event of a larger amount of damage, we will claim full compensation.
Only pre-announced hotel guests can spend the night with us.
What is included in the booking fee and is not included:
Hairdryer, free wi-fi, fully equipped kitchen (basic spices, coffee, tea), barbecue facilities, for which we also provide equipment.
Smoking:
Smoking is only allowed on the terrace or outdoors using regular ashtrays or buckets. In case of smoking in the house, the deposit will not be returned due to extra costs.
We cannot accept pets at the property.
